Job Title: Sr Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing data integrity, creating analytical dashboards, and supporting operational excellence across multiple functions.
This role includes leading requirements gathering, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with reporting and escalation process.
The Senior Consultant will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity and create/manage analytics dashboards.
Develop training guides for operational teams to improve process efficiency.
Manage and update web pages for internal programs.
Lead requirements gathering and implement tools to support business needs.
Oversee accruals management and handles escalations.
Create and manage dashboards for advanced analytics and reporting.
Develop strategies such as vendor diversity and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations).
Support cost-saving initiatives through SOP documentation reviews and approvals.
Develop dashboards for critical metrics (e.g., lease dates, KPI's)
Manage dashboard migration project (e.g., Tableau to Quick Sight)
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Quick Sight, Power BI)
Experience in business process documentation, SOPs, and operational improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial aspects of facilities management.
