Introduction:
As a key member of our SAP Center of Excellence (COE), the SAP IBP Lead will drive the continuous improvement and support of our Integrated Business Planning solutions. Post-hypercare, this role is crucial in maintaining the stability and enhancing the functionality of the IBP modules to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and extensive experience with SAP IBP.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and pain points, providing strategic guidance on system enhancements and best practice implementations.
- System Optimization and Support:
- Monitor system performance post-hypercare, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Manage ongoing support and troubleshooting, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives for updates and enhancements, including creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.
- Educate and train users on new features and functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency across the organization.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with other COE team members, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and integration across platforms.
- Act as a mentor and leader within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards for business stakeholders to aid in decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and system performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP IBP in a functional and technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, particularly in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations, particularly post-hypercare phases.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- SAP IBP certification is highly preferred.
