Prior experience supporting C-level executives is required.
Please note the position will be on site in Woodlands Hill, CA.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum High School Diploma
This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can manage the demanding schedule and needs of the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate strong communication skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence.
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate needs and address them proactively, demonstrating strong judgement and initiative.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and confidential demeanor.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Work flexible hours as needed to meet the demands of the role, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to add value from day one.
