Title: React JavaScript / User Interface Lead

Experience - 10+ years

Skills - React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux & Zustand

Location - Berkeley Heights, New Jersey

Description:

Define the overall architecture for scalable React applications.

Design reusable component libraries and ensure consistent UI / UX across modules.

Drive performance optimization & frontend best practices.

Lead architectural discussions with stakeholders, PMs & backend teams.

Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, design systems, and frameworks.

Conduct code reviews and mentor senior / junior developers.

Stay updated with emerging frontend trends and guide adoption.

Expert in React.js, TypeScript, Redux / Zustand & component-driven design.

Strong understanding of frontend performance tuning and security.

Experience in micro-frontend architecture

Familiar with design systems like Material UI & Ant Design.

Proven experience architecting enterprise - scale frontend systems.
