Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and monitor Linux and Windows-based servers and systems

Support enterprise applications, including user provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Monitor network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, routers) for performance and reliability

Participate in IT projects such as system rollouts, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades

Perform routine maintenance tasks including system updates, patching, and backup verification

Collaborate with vendors for warranty support, escalated hardware issues, and licensing

Support cloud storage systems and maintain syncing/integration between local and cloud environments

Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including hardware setup and account management

Maintain and improve internal documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base

Proactively identify opportunities for automation or system improvements

Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry best practices

Assist in managing user access rights, security groups, and file permissions

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users across hardware, software, and networking issues

Monitor ticket queues and escalate issues appropriately based on priority
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration

Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and SharePoint

Understanding of multifactor authentication (MFA) systems

Hands-on experience with Linux administration

Experience with certificate installation (SSL, root/intermediate certs)

Knowledgeable in core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls)

Understanding of network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) and troubleshooting

Comfortable working with databases and understanding of data structures

Familiarity with ticketing workflows in systems

Analytical, process, and operational skills to analyze complex issues and implement sensible solutions

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Create user guides or quick reference sheets for commonly asked questions

Basic scripting or automation knowledge

Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within a hybrid IT/applications environment

Familiarity with basic cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection tools
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

3+ years of progressively more responsible experience managing business IT systems

2+ years of experience in a DBA or technical analyst role

Experience supporting on-premise and cloud applications

Supply chain experience desirable

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
I do not have them yet but am working on a copy and have requested them

This is a fully onsite position in Park City,KS.
