Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Our client is looking for someone who can turn raw data and complex systems into clear business insight and action. If you re fluent in business requirements, process reengineering, and translating between IT and business teams without breaking a sweat we want to hear from you.

What You ll Do

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to make sure technology actually supports the mission.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where better processes and smarter tools can make a real impact.

• Build, refine, and communicate business requirements that bridge strategy with implementation.

• Contribute throughout the SDLC from design and testing to final delivery and user acceptance.

• Participate in unit, system, and UAT testing to make sure new features and functions perform exactly as they should.

• Use your creative problem-solving to design solutions that balance business priorities, budget realities, and user experience.

• Provide clear, concise documentation and reports that make complex information understandable.

What You Bring

• 8+ years reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.

• Deep understanding of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) areas and related tasks.

• Experience in SDLC methodologies and modern software development environments.

• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects without losing your cool (or your accuracy).

• Strong communication and documentation skills you make technical and business teams both feel understood.

• Experience participating in design reviews, testing cycles, and providing guidance to teammates.

• Collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset you know how to dig into data but never lose sight of the big picture.

Bonus Points

• Experience with case management systems or Jira project management software.

• A knack for connecting dots between business operations and technology solutions.

• PMP certification or formal project management experience is always a welcome plus.
