Job Details
Position: Performance Engineer (Sr. Manager / Staff Level)
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Performance Testing / Engineering (LoadRunner)
- APM / Observability tools Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or IBM IBM
- Expertise in MongoDB performance tuning
- Proven experience in capacity planning, diagnostics, and scalability optimization.
Nice to Have:
- Prior CVS Health or large healthcare enterprise experience
- Experience in a Testing COE or performance governance environment
