Job title: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Manager
Location: Newark, NJ(Hybrid)
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management
- 7+ years Functional business processes & US regulatory requirements
- 7+ years Solution Design & Development
- Multiple full
- life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (planning to go-live)
- Proven experience leading HCM project teams and managing workstreams, financials, risks/issues
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and continuous improvement
- Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design to-be processes, and create solution blueprints
- Perform functional configuration, lead testing cycles, and support data conversion
- Facilitate workshops, CRP/prototypes, and user training
- Drive best-practice adoption and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Provide post-go-live support and manage client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years total HCM implementation consulting experience
- 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud, 3+ years in functional/consulting role
- 2+ full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Previous experience with consulting/SI firms
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification highly desirable
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
