Title: IT Solutions Analyst II (S4 HANA)
Duration: 2+ years
Location: Denver or Minneapolis (open to relocation)**would be open to remote ONLY if they are perfect and really prefers local or relo candidates But need to travel within 50 miles client location as per requirements.
Travel: 25% + Travel requirement
Project / Scope:
They are starting an S4 HANA transformation project SAP is their ERP solution. They are currently on the version ECC. They are going to upgrade and transform the older version into the latest version S4 HANA. As part of that project, there will be changes to the data structure, underlying tables and some of the functional business processes across all business units across the organization. SAP being their ERP, it is also connected with all their other solutions and applications (financial, ADMS, supply chain). SAP sits at the center of everything, and all other 3 rd party applications are integrated here.

Day to Day:
- This person will be hired for the S4 HANA project.
- They will be focused on the implementation for at least the next 2 years (through phase 1)
- They might also do delivery and production support (regular tickets, making sure the system is stable, user training and questions)
- They will be leading the work for the end-to-end support of the implementation of SAP HANA, specifically on the operations side with EAM.
- Working with the business and making sure that the IT solutions are documented and that the business needs are being met by SAP EAM.
- They'll work with the system integrators for the SAP HANA upgrade.
Must Haves:
- 5-7 years of experience at a minimum with SAP
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (technology, science or business preferred)
- Hands on functional configuration and design within SAP (S4 HANA preferred, ECC okay)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) required
- Must have done at least one full-cycle implementation in the past with SAP
- Requirements gathering, gap analysis, blue printing, documents, cutover, design phase, etc.
- Strong ability to communicate with the business and not be shy when talking to leaders and field users.
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Configuration and design experience
Plus:
- Utilities or Energy (Oil and Gas)
- SAP Asset Manager, Field Service Management integration with SAP
- GIS or other solutions
