Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP/EAM Procurement Advisor to lead and guide strategic procurement efforts for a large utilitys SAP landscape. This role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle, shaping solution scope and delivery models, and ensuring contractual clarity and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP expertise, strong commercial acumen, and experience in the utilities sector. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, market scanning, RFI/RFP processes, evaluations, and vendor selection. Define solution scope, delivery models, commercials, and statements/scopes of work with shortlisted vendors and system integrators. Advise on delivery assurance guardrails, KPIs, and contractual controls aligned with business value and risk mitigation. Partner with legal and procurement teams to support negotiations and ensure clarity on roles, deliverables, and milestones. Transition procurement outcomes to delivery teams with a pragmatic governance and risk management plan. Required Qualifications 712 years of experience in SAP (ERP/S/4HANA and/or EAM), with hands-on involvement in RFP responses and shaping statements of work. Strong understanding of vendor and system integrator models and evaluation frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions at the executive level. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic procurement initiatives and align them with enterprise goals. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the utilities sector is strongly preferred. Familiarity with customer information systems (CIS) is a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree
