RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Managing Producer/Senior Producer in San Jose, CA.
Duties Include:
* Managing Producer/Senior Producer leads a team/Pod of Interactive producers
* Takes a leadership role in the company's overall digital presence across their team/Pod
* Partners with cross functional leads to craft and deliver marketing content for multiple digital platforms, including .com, email, paid media, etc.
* Works with senior-level internal executives and partners to provide Interactive marketing insights and strategy
* Utilizes applicable project management tools, and develops a forecast
* As a Managing Producer/Senior Producer, you will manage projects across multiple platforms
* Organizes information quickly and summarizes
* Works with Strategy, Research + Insights teams
* Communicate progress
* Ensure priorities are actively reflected in working plans
* Document and escalate risks and issues
* Manage resource utilization and identify gaps with the x-functional Pod leads and Studio leaders
* Managing Producer/Senior Producer will mobilize teams and adapt plans
* Own the roll up view of the JIRA board for the Pod
* Identify/escalate opportunities with partners/Digital
* Partner with the Digital Planning Governance group
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in web project management; Interactive agency experience is helpful
* Measurable experience in marketing and development of digital communications across all channels and platforms
* Proficient in emerging technologies and advancements
* Reciprocal and understand the success that comes from building positive relationships with colleagues and business partners
* Successful history of structuring and scoping complex digital and interactive projects
* Ability to effectively communicate high level concepts and overall business direction in one-on-one settings as well as large groups
* Ability to successfully lead the overall interactive/studio process and define process efficiencies
* Dedicated, highly organized, and love the challenge of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables
* Dream of working in a creative and dynamic environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
