REQUIREMENT 1
Job Title: System Engineer
Location: Monterey CA OR Seaside, CA OR Mililani, HI OR Fort Huachuca, AZ OR Crystal City, VA
Duration: Long Term
Clearance: Active Secret
The person in this position will serve in the datacenter support group, which includes the responsibilities of proper configuration and support of
domain system servers, SAN, NAS, backup systems, identity management, and security of the datacenter. The duties will include managing development/sustainment, staging, production systems in a hybrid cloud/datacenter environment. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all System servers and applications.
A. Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
B. Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
C. Experience serving as a system administrator for Microsoft O365, VMWare, Vsphere and NsX-T, Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, SQL, MySQL, EMC SAN
technologies and applications, Active Directory, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
D. Experience maintaining a high availability datacenter.
E. Deep technical knowledge: Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, storage technologies, cloud computing platforms, and security best practices.
F. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

The individual in this role will be a part of the data center support group, tasked with configuring SAN/NAS systems, managing backup solutions,
and maintaining the security of the data center. This position includes monitoring and providing daily support to ensure the health and availability of IT systems and infrastructure, both on-premises and for cloud-based programs and applications. Responsibilities will involve planning, installation, and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and managing all Storage Engineer servers and applications. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing an organization's data storage systems, working with networks, databases, and other high-capacity systems. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all Storage Engineer servers and applications.
A. Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
