Position:PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Analyst/Administrator
JOB REF#:42346 - 62723
Duration:6 Months (Contract)
Location:REMOTE - Hartford, CT 06106
Pay Rate:$85.00 - $90.00 per hour (W2 Only)

This position is 100% REMOTE (Local candidates will be our clients 1st choice)

HOURS: Full-Time 40hrs - Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Providing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits Administration, implementing Qualified Savings Plans and supporting processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents stakeholder needs selecting appropriate information gathering and/or modeling techniques to solve problems.
Recommends business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
Works with PeopleSoft developers to achieve functional design objectives.
Ensures successful completion of project objectives on time and as per Project methodology.
Develops appropriate documentation and assists with end user training for assigned projects.
Transfers and provides training documentation.
Assist with testing and validation of plan data conversion.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
5+ Recent years as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst who has extensive experience working with PeopleSoft HCM modules, such as HR, Workforce Administration, and Payroll (Not looking for a Developer)
Experience providing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits Administration
Experience converting general Payroll deductions to a Benefits administration plan types.
Experience with third party integrations and interface processes.
Familiar and understands Secure 2.0 Act and it's impacts to and setup of retirement savings plans.
Possess EXCELLENT oral communication skills
