Description

We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst II to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This position offers an opportunity to work across multiple locations, assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates have a strong background in IT support and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Deliver responsive technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple buildings.
Troubleshoot and manage Chromebook devices, ensuring optimal functionality for end users.
Provide guidance on Microsoft Office and Google Apps usage, addressing questions and resolving technical challenges.
Configure, deploy, and maintain computer hardware, including Apple and Mac devices.
Assist with Active Directory management, including user account setup and maintenance.
Perform desktop imaging and configuration to meet organizational standards.
Handle trouble tickets efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
Conduct basic and advanced troubleshooting for network and hardware-related issues.
Walk to various locations within the supported facilities to provide hands-on assistance when required.
Collaborate with school district staff to address their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support or help desk roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with Chromebook support and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Familiarity with Active Directory and configuration management.
Ability to work with Apple and Mac computers effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on improving user satisfaction.
Comfortable walking between buildings to provide on-site technical support.
