Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Team Lead / Architect with strong expertise in SAP CO (Controlling) to lead the design and delivery of SAP finance solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in CO sub-modules and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through full-cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and architect SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) solutions, with a primary focus on SAP CO. Design and implement Controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Deliver end-to-end solutions in the following SAP CO areas: Product Costing (CO-PC) Profitability Analysis (COPA) Internal Orders (IO) Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Provide guidance and support throughout project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and support. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in configuration and documentation. Mentor junior consultants and support change management efforts.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO with deep expertise in SAP CO. Prior experience as a Team Lead or Architect on SAP FICO implementations. Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in CO sub-modules. Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be willing to travel to Toronto as required.
Preferred: Previous experience working with consulting firms or large enterprise clients. S/4HANA experience is a plus.
