RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solution Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions and workflow automation that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop user-friendly and visually appealing web applications that seamlessly adapt to various devices and screen sizes.
• Build and refine databases and data models to support the design and implementation of robust applications and solutions, ensuring efficient data retrieval while adhering to industry-best

Research and Innovation:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
• Perform buy versus build analyses to determine the most effective approach for addressing software needs.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Document software solutions, system architectures, and development processes for future reference and team collaboration.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster continuous learning and skill

System Maintenance and Support:

• Ensure all production systems are supported and maintained according to industry
• Regularly monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing solutions and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and solve complex problems involving hardware, software, and end
• Analyze software performance and identify areas for optimization to enhance speed, scalability, and overall system efficiency.
• Implement performance enhancements, including code optimizations and database
• Support of a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which articulates uptime and performance commitments to the user community.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. Proficiency in the following technology areas:
2. Writing clean and scalable code using server-side and client-side programming
3. Client-server architecture and technologies used to develop web
4. Microservices architecture, reusable APIs, and agile development to increase productivity by building large, complex apps from multiple small components.
5. DevOps and CI/CD principles to deliver solutions on
6. Deploying and managing hosted web applications in Microsoft Azure by utilizing services like Azure App Service and Azure Functions to ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance.
7. Commitment to developing quality business applications that are optimized and user-
8. In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, creation, testing, and deployment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
9. Good understanding of the network infrastructure and security for application development

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
2. 8-10 years of hands-on experience developing software solutions
