Job Details

We are seeking a talented UI Production Designer with a passion for mobile app design to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a creative environment, ensuring high-quality user experiences through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver detailed design specifications for product features.
  • Act as the primary contact for design-related inquiries during the development process.
  • Review design concepts for component usage and translate finalized designs into production-ready documentation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system and UX guidelines.
  • Maintain and manage design files, ensuring they are easy to navigate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate collaboration sessions with the Product Design team to enhance design processes.

Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in UI design.
  • Strong foundation in design principles and technical implementation.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including file management and component creation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with design system maintenance and evolution.
  • Background in design or human factors education.
  • Passion for delivering user-centered design solutions.
