Job Details
A growing waste management company that is headquartered in the DFW area is growing their team and looking for a CXone Administrator. This is a full time direct hire position. They have offices in San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. The position will be primarily remote with approximately 25% travel to other offices in the state for important meetings and training of the staff.
They are currently in the beginning process of converting their call center systems over to CXone. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can be their subject matter expert when it comes to their CXone platforms, as they will be using all their functions. From a technical perspective, they need someone who can assist with the road mapping of this conversion but also be hands on with the implementation. You will be working alongside the IT teams within NICE for ease of installations. You will also be tasked with the administration of the platform, helping create SSOs for users, creating technical documentation for instructions, and face-to-face/remote training with staff.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8+ years of IT experience with a focus on Call Center and Systems Administration
- Strong understanding of NICE CXone platform and capabilities.
- Ability to give trainings and technical write is a must.
- Prior experience with implementing CXone into a professional setting is preferred
- Any educational degrees or certifications is a plus.
