As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining systems, supporting users, and ensuring IT infrastructure operates smoothly and securely across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

·         Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications

·         Provide first- and second-line technical support, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently

·         Assist with system upgrades, security monitoring, patching, and data backups

·         Support network performance, system availability, and cybersecurity best practices

Requirements
