Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Integration Specialist to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation involving custom development and legacy system migration. This role is embedded within the Salesforce team and will focus on ensuring data integrity, optimizing extraction processes, and enabling seamless integration with enterprise data systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce data architecture and a strong ability to collaborate across technical and reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret the Salesforce data model across multiple applications, including custom configurations.
  • Design and implement data extraction and transformation strategies to support enterprise data integration.
  • Assess and address data quality, integrity, and availability within the Salesforce environment.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to validate data access and extraction methods.
  • Partner with reporting and analytics teams to ensure technical feasibility of business requirements.
  • Provide real-time support to development teams and business users, answering data-related questions and clarifying data mappings.
  • Contribute to the technical design of Salesforce data solutions and integration pipelines.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  1. 5 7+ years of experience in data-focused roles (Data Analyst, Data Integration Specialist, Data Architect).
  2. Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including custom objects and metadata.
  3. Proven experience in data extraction, data mapping, and integration with enterprise platforms.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and reporting teams.
  5. Experience with Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in legacy system migration into Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to evolving project needs.
