Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and proven track record in landscape sales, account management, and business development. This role requires an individual who understands the dynamics and requirements of maintaining and growing Commercial Landscape accounts.
Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and warm calling techniques.
  • Manage customer interactions and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead In the market.

Requirements

  • Must have 15+ years Work experience

  • Need someone reliable and that has worked with reputable companies.
  • Looking for a candidate with experience managing a landscape portfolio, including details of accounts worked on, project refreshes, enhancements, and redesigns.
  • Proven experience in commercial maintenance site management or a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Experience working with HOA communities and Professional Property Managers.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
  • Computer and data entry
  • A proactive approach to business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Will need to send Samples of Previous Bids, Excel Bids, etc.
  • Someone that has experience on the Admin. Side as well as someone that is personable, professional and knows how to sell Accounts.
  • Must be proficient with Email, Excel, Formulas, and Bids
  • Someone wanting to work their way up, Someone that knows how to work and manage crews
  • This person will have boots on the ground and know how to sale, Network and talks to clients.
