Job Title: Senior Analyst Accessibility & Project Management
Location: New York (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst Accessibility Resource with strong project management expertise to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization's digital accessibility framework. This role is critical to ensuring our websites and applications are inclusive and compliant with established accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of deep accessibility knowledge, leadership skills, and experience operating within large, matrixed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive accessibility framework aligned with WCAG, ADA, Section 508, and other relevant standards.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to embed accessibility best practices into the design and development lifecycle.

  • Manage accessibility projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Conduct accessibility audits and gap analyses to evaluate digital assets and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content teams to ensure accessibility is addressed throughout all project phases.

  • Deliver training and provide guidance to internal teams on accessibility standards and tools.

  • Track and report on compliance metrics, documenting progress and highlighting areas of risk.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in accessibility laws and guidelines.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants as needed to support accessibility goals.
