Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the migration of three AB ITSM tools into the MB ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring smooth integration, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL and enterprise standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the migration of three AB ITSM tools into the MB ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring smooth integration, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of multiple ITSM tools into the MB ServiceNow platform.
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Ensure data mapping, transformation, and integration from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategy, timelines, and governance.
- Maintain platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Support testing, validation, and user training during and post-migration.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform configuration.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., MID Server, IntegrationHub, REST APIs).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
