Job Details


Key Responsibilities

? Develop and drive Digital SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility for our

products and services.

? Partner with content, merchandising, and digital marketing teams to optimize product

pages, category pages, and blog content.

? Manage on-page, off-page, backlinks and technical SEO best practices.

? Lead initiatives to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first performance

across digital platforms.

? Collaborate with vendors, developers, and IT to identify bottlenecks (JavaScript, caching,

CDN usage, image optimization).

? Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues impacting SEO and customer

experience.

? Identify and track high-traffic and high-conversion pages to ensure content, keywords,

and internal linking are fully optimized.

? Evaluate tools and implement processes to provide ongoing measurement and reporting

of speed and SEO health.

? Ensure vendor-delivered insights translate into actionable improvements.

? Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Lighthouse, SEMrush, Ahrefs,

GTMetrix, and WebPageTest to measure site performance.

? Track organic traffic growth, rankings, conversion rate improvements, and site speed

metrics.

? Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.



Qualifications

? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.

? 5+ years of experience in SEO, site performance optimization, or technical digital

marketing.

? Hands-on experience with Core Web Vitals, page load optimization, and technical SEO

audits.

? Strong knowledge of retail/eCommerce environments and how SEO drives product

discoverability.

? Ability to analyze high-traffic content/pages and optimize for maximum SEO impact.

? Stong knowledge on with UI/web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms,

CDNs).

? Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Experience Manager for image

and media optimization.

? Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and

vendor engagements.

? Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
