Role Title: Data Migration Technical Project Manager

Duration: 9 months+

Preferred Location: Remote, MT zone hours required, local to Salt Lake City is a plus

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee data migration and reporting workstreams within a Lead-to-Cash (LTC) transformation program. This role will manage planning, execution, and validation across systems like Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Zuora Billing, Ironclad CLM, and ERP (e.g., NetSuite), ensuring data integrity and effective reporting for operational and governance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data migration planning and execution across multiple enterprise systems.
• Drive reporting workstream delivery for operational KPIs and executive governance.
• Validate SI-led strategies for data mapping, transformation, and testing.
• Oversee system and user acceptance testing for data and reporting outputs.
• Identify and manage risks related to data quality and integration dependencies.
• Liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors for alignment and decision-making.
• Support change management and user training on new data and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 6 9 years of IT Project Management experience, with emphasis on data migration and reporting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data structures, MDM, and governance.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, Billing, CLM, and ERP systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Ironclad, NetSuite).
• Proven track record in delivering reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Strong leadership in Agile environments; Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in LTC/QTC transformations and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Reports.
