Summary:
In partnership with the businesses, the Third Party Risk Management Team drives the purpose and success of the company and its buyers and sellers. We are a part of the overall Risk Team that includes Risk, Payments Management, and AML.
Responsibilities:
* Support the global third party / vendor risk and compliance program across the company; reporting to the head of third-party risk management.
* Serve as a hands-on business point of contact for resolving daily vendor management tasks and issues in various systems, spanning multiple lines-of-business.
* Communicate, educate, and implement a common and consistent approach to third party risk and compliance within the business units.
* Support the development of policies, procedures, standards, and processes for the third-party risk management program. This includes the creation of from scratch policies.
* Ensure concepts of materiality, unified risk assessment, third party segmentation are applied to build and improve a comprehensive, yet practical, program.
* Implement and verify first-line-of-defense implementation of policies and standards by setting testing standards, reviewing testing results, and providing subject matter expertise and mentorship in order to resolve gaps.
* Take ownership in resolving internal audit findings which includes process redesign and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to resolve (info sec, privacy, itss, etc.). Identify requirements, stakeholder dependencies, complete business requirements design document for it systems impact, and socialize with stakeholders.
* Implement and design third party risk management process for payment partners; support regulatory compliance reviews.
* Establish close working relationships with key business and corporate partners; particularly, outsourcing management, resiliency, compliance, information security, privacy, legal, internal audit and line-of-business vendor management leads.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years work experience with a focus on third party risk, audit, compliance, governance, risk mitigation, or process /controls design.
* Bs/ba degree, with a global, fast paced, and vibrant environment.
* Robust project management and business analytical skills, including interest in defining sops, identifying improvements, establishing reporting cadence, etc. Ability to influence and drive action and resolution in a matrixed environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and comfortable presenting and meeting with executive level stakeholders; includes creating executive presentations and email.
* Strong systems and technical aptitude, with ability to navigate through multiple systems; willingness to dig into data issues and find innovative solutions when problem solving.
* Knowledge of risk management and control functions.
* Proactive, self-starter with the ability to independently navigate complex business scenarios, and exercise judgment in ensuring the right outcomes and solutions are achieved.
* Intellectually curious with the ability to process a great deal of information in a fast-paced environment; adept at coming up with solutions in an unstructured environment.
* Prior experience in defining reporting metrics and slas and setting up reporting processes to monitor.
* Prior experience with Microsoft office and google suite; deep expertise with excel pivot tables and PowerPoints.
* Tprm or compliance software knowledge would be helpful, although not required.
* Dedication to work the company s hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week based out of either our austin, Texas, salt lake city, Utah, or san jose, ca office.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $98.00 - $139.86 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
