Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic AI Enablement team. This is a 100% remote, interim-to-hire opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer who has transitioned into AI and is passionate about solving real-world business challenges using cutting-edge technologies.


You'll work across three AI domains:



  • Enterprise AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)

  • Embedded AI (integrated AI features)

  • Custom AI Solutions (e.g., contract analysis tools)


You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including an AI Enablement Consultant and a Senior Scrum Master, and contribute to building scalable AI-powered applications.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement AI solutions that drive measurable impact.

  • Integrate tools such as Azure AI, Power Platform, Enterprise ChatGPT, and Copilot into enterprise systems.

  • Present technical solutions and AI use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.




Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a language-agnostic mindset.

  • Demonstrated transition into AI, with specific examples of AI implementations that solved business problems.

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and AI services.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and drive initiatives.

  • Experience with tools such as Power Platform, Copilot, and ChatGPT in enterprise settings.




Nice-to-Haves:



  • Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.

  • Prior collaboration with consulting firms or enterprise-level clients.
