Experience Design Specialist 4 - Contingent

Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
• Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

• 5 plus years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Lead complex initiatives supporting product usability and development teams
• Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online platforms
• Oversee strategic design projects influencing company direction
• Analyze advanced UI design solutions across multiple factors
• Establish and promote design guidelines and standards
• Serve as a design advocate, forecasting industry trends and impacts
• Build relationships within and outside the design community
• Provide usability support to product teams
• Lead customer experience strategy for platforms and products
• Make strategic decisions requiring functional and compliance understanding
• Present designs and milestones to peers and executives
• Collaborate to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Recommend ways to reduce friction and streamline digital experience

• 5 plus years in Online/Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic or Visual Arts

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
