Videographer

Description

Our Client is seeking a Videographer to start on Monday, 6/30. This is a 4-month contract position approved through the end of October. The ideal candidate will possess strong editing skills, have experience in capturing high-quality video content, and be able to tell a compelling visual story. The videographer will work closely with our creative team to produce videos that meet objectives and resonate with our audience. This is a contract role that will produce videos for brand, product, business segment and member communication. This will primarily be video editing tasks in PremierPro. The videographer will partner with outside agencies development of final videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit stock video and some raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts.
• Partner with creative team in the selection of stock video footage, sounds and music.
• Capture high-quality video content for various projects.
• Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio equipment.
• Manage video archives and organize footage.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Operate and maintain video equipment.
• Conduct interviews and capture b-roll footage as needed.
• Assist in the development of video strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-7 years' experience as a videographer or similar role.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as Robohead is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in film, media, or a related field preferred.

Worksite Arrangement: This position is approved for HUB. Preferred candidate is local and would be able to come into the Minnetonka office periodically for "heads-up" collaborative work or meetings.
