Job Details

Requirements:
  • 7 or more years of experience in implementing HCM systems, preferably ADP platforms.
  • Proficiency in ADP Lyric configuration across HR Core, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.
  • Experience in data migration, enterprise integrations, and data integrity.
  • Experience with redesigning HR processes to align with modern HCM best practices.
  • Experience in managing testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and system issue resolution.
  • Experience with decommissioning legacy HR systems, such as Kronos.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the ADP Lyric HCM solution.
  • Build and validate integrations between ADP Lyric and the internal environment.
  • Oversee and execute historical data migration and reconciliation.
  • Develop and manage test plans, UAT scenarios, and regression testing.
  • Build and optimize reports and dashboards within ADP Lyric for the business.
  • Redesign existing HR processes to leverage new HCM capabilities.
  • Create and deploy training materials and drive organizational adoption.
