Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the overall Tableau+ Administration, including dashboard standards, performance tuning, governance models, data source optimization, and platform scaling.
- Define architecture best practices and patterns for extracting, transforming, modeling, and consuming data for BI use cases.
- Partner with cloud/data architects to design underlying data structures and optimized sources for analytics (e.g., Date Bricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery).
- Lead the evaluation and integration of supporting BI technologies (Data Prep, Python/R integrations, APIs, Tableau Server/Cloud configuration, etc.).
- Build highly scalable analytics workflows to support growth, speed, and reliability.
- Collaborate with peers to transfer technical knowledge and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum 5 years of experience in the following:
- Expertise in Tableau,Tableau Cloud and other related BI Tools.
- Experience with Databricks, AWS .
- Expertise in Tableau+ Cloud greenfield Implementations.
- Experience working in a small fast paced team.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience integrating Tableau with Python, APIs, R, or embedded analytics. Background in enterprise data and Analytics implementations is a plus. Experience working with large-scale or multi-department analytics rollouts. Data Governance frameworks and Collibra Integrations are huge plus.
