Asset Management Scrum Master | Boston, MA | Onsite | Only W2

Position: Asset Management Scrum Master

Location: Boston, MA

Hybrid onsite: 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract (+ additional extensions)

Onsite Interview will be held

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be local to Boston and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
• Must have deep Agile, Scrum, and Kanban knowledge.
• Recent experience working at an asset management company.
• This role requires the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with demanding and complex personalities as well as senior leadership.
• Experience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development
• Programming/development experience preferred.
• Experience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone in an Agile environment preferred.
