Title: PEGA Developer
Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
- Seeking a Senior Pega Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years in Pega.
- Proven expertise in leading Pega upgrades (8.x, Infinity 23+) and deep knowledge of Pega Infinity architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with DX API, case lifecycle, Pega Constellation, and Dev Studio.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing Pega applications in OpenShift or Kubernetes-based containers.
- Experience with Data Migration from MSSQL and other databases is essential.
- Solid understanding and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, container images, and deployment automation.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage offshore teams and deliver effectively in an Agile environment.
- Responsible for technical design, development, and ensuring Pega best practices.
- Pega CSSA or CLSA certification is strongly preferred.
- Requires strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
