Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Timekeeping Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our timekeeping software, WorkForce Software, for both internal employees and business clients. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, delivering training, supporting user testing, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' current timekeeping processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Recommend best practices for timekeeping and workforce management.
- Identify necessary workflows and integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation process.
Training & Support
- Develop and deliver training programs for administrators and end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Project Management
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Labor Affairs, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Analytics.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on timekeeping trends and emerging technologies.
- Recommend improvements to implementation processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements in the software.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping principles, pay rules, and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Required: 5+ years of experience implementing timekeeping or workforce management solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects.
- Preferred: Experience with WorkForce Software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
