ServiceNow - Product Owner Virtual Agent -Implementation EXPERT

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow Platform Virtual Agent and service catalog product suite of applications and capabilities, lead the technical governance, consultation, delivery, maintenance, and prioritization of backlog enhancements for the ServiceNow Catalog and Virtual Agent Services.
  • Provide software coding and customization for all aspects of the platform: i.e. UI form layout and design, client/server scripting, workflows, business rules, proper platform security/administration, data design, custom web service integrations, by working with product managers and other development team members.
  • Experience working directly with machine learning technologies, statistical systems, or big data platforms.
  • Coordinate, document, and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
  • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to create sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Answer "how to" technical configuration questions upon critical issues, as well as debugging.
  • Experience and understanding of ServiceNow Platform AI products Predictive Intelligence, Virtual agent, Automation discovery , AI search.
  • Deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles in product development.
  • Prior experience with developing and delivering technology projects or products.
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams in multiple geo-locations, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Expertise in rapidly standing up processes and collaborative platforms like SharePoint and building reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to learn fast and master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.
  • Configure modules for ongoing requirements from business and technology process owners across the organization; set up ServiceNow product demos for POC and for end of Sprint Releases in lower environments leading to planned releases into the production environments not limited to DEV, TEST, STAGE and UAT. (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, SPM and APM)
  • Oversee ServiceNow implementation product planning according to both product and platform technical integrated roadmaps; work directly with multiple leaders, business customers, technology teams, and to ensure continual delivery is on track.
  • Deliver Product Capability Mapping, creation of agile user stories, technical designs, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, testing, UAT and deployment; provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow standard configurations; finalize QA reviews of all ServiceNow deliverables.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of recent ServiceNow System Administration experience and ServiceNow Next Experience in UI design configuration, implementation, development, standard List/Form/Navigation Updates, Workflows, Instance Management, Creating Tables and Fields; experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) in Virtual Agent Development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CAD, CIS); Implementation Specialist (one or more focuses in ServiceNow), Industry Certifications including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) principles and practical experience in creating conversational flows that deliver accurate responses; familiarity with the Platform core data model including CSDM, data analytics and data reporting.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform end to end delivery processes; strong experience in process development, facilitating requirements for SNOW implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to both Catalog and Virtual Agent functionality.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows; creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACL's), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripts, Java Scripting, UI Policies; Service Portals (Widgets, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Portal Configuration).
