Client Technician Manager / Residential Audio Company

A leading audio technology company is searching for a Service Technician Manager to provide hands-on support and lead a team of Service Technicians. They are looking someone with experience in the residential area, experience with systems such as Lutron, Savant, and Crestron, and flow and troubleshooting experience. This is a full-time position located in the Chicago area.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience with systems such as Lutron, Savant, Crestron, etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in the residential space (residential audio or sound setting up)
• Audio visual systems experience
• Networking systems experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with signal flow and troubleshooting is highly encouraged.

Tech Breakdown

• 60% Crestron and Savant
• 40% Signal flow and troubleshooting

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands On
• 20% Management Duties
• 10% Team Collaboration
