Cybersecurity Business Analyst 10yrs exp ( W2 Only) & Willing to Relocate
( No C2C profiles)
Summary:
The BA will work with IT compliance analyst SMEs to help execute lifecycle management program processes and to help execute IAM related activities such as IAM reviews/certifications. Responsibilities may include the creation and/or management of IAM program documentation and training. In addition, the BA will generate and gather IAM related reports from different systems and will be required to perform analysis between the different data sets as part of role lifecycle management activities and other IAM processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree, a plus if it is in a related field such as Information Security
* 9+yrs Experience managing and updating IT process workflows and documentation; Work experience in Identity and Access Management programs/teams is preferred; Pre-knowledge in the NERC CIP Security standards is not required but the BA is expected to gradually become familiar and understand certain NERC CIP Standards requirements, especially CIP-004 requirements, needed to work effectively in the IT NERC CIP compliance team
* Proficiency in - Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), especially Excel DAX formulas and Power Query, helpful in performing data comparisons and analysis; Experience performing data/process analysis to identify issues/anomalies or as part of operational controls. Proficiency in creating and designing Power BI files is not required but preferred Personal skills/characteristics - demonstrate competence in the following:
