Network Vulnerability Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Vulnerability Analyst in Acton, MA.

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Network Vulnerability Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in network security and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, supporting remediation efforts, and helping maintain a secure and resilient infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices
* Monitor systems and networks for potential threats and performance issues
* Maintain documentation related to network security and vulnerability assessments
* Support the deployment and configuration of security tools and technologies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in network and network security
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable communicating in English, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Aruba ClearPass is a plus
* Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCST, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
