This onshore position located in MN will provide technical expertise and leadership to a team dedicated to hardware/software technologies design and build activities, and incident/problem management.
The position is responsible for ensuring activities are completed, validated, align with architectural objectives and requirements, and successfully deployed into production environment according to defined schedule and Service Level agreement.
This resource will champion security and architectural standards and processes. Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for issues.
Develop and maintain a high performing team through hiring, coaching and performance management.
Provide work direction, delegation, and prioritization to team. Partner with leadership, Product Owner and cross commit teams to deliver technical solutions. Influence continuous process improvement to optimize performance and availability of technologies.
Define, track and measure overall department performance and metrics. Manage to team budget.
This person will lead a team of resources on and offshore.
