Sentinel is seeking a proactive and personable Desktop Support Specialist to assist our client onsite. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on delivering white glove service, this is a perfect fit. You ll play a critical role in supporting internal teams by setting up and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Your day-to-day will include imaging and configuring PCs, setting up servers and printers, and ensuring seamless performance of VPNs, SaaS tools (like BOX and Okta), and collaboration platforms like Teams and Outlook. This is an onsite contract role located in Deerfield, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-touch, white glove IT support to internal users
- Build, image, and configure PCs and Macs
- Provide support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Teams, Outlook, VPNs, and Okta
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, networking problems, and SaaS platform integration
- Assist with server, printer, and computer setup and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members while staying self-motivated and organized
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Intune, Azure, Windows, macOS
- Working knowledge of BOX, Okta, and various SaaS providers
- Solid networking skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Personable, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Available for an immediate start and onsite work
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range:
$30-$42 an hour
