- Assists with mathematical, statistical, and economic methods that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.
- Identifies trends found from modelling and informs other lines of business such as product development and marketing decisions.
- Helps develop data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to simulate impact of potential future business decisions.
- Works to develop detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance and investment management based on data summaries.
- Recognizes areas of opportunity and risk through data analysis and modelling and reports findings.

Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Integration
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration of data from multiple sources
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, and consumption across various business functions
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets
- Leverage native cloud capabilities and tools to build scalable data infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance of data systems
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex query development and optimization
- Extensive experience with cloud-enabled data warehouse platforms (AWS Eco System, Snowflake)
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data modeling techniques
