Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration
  • Expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi 6.5 and above
  • Strong knowledge of SAN technologies (NetApp, EMC, or equivalent)
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (VLANs, routing, firewall configurations)
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Certifications such as VCP, MCSE, or SAN-specific certs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery Planning and High Availability configurations
  • Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat or CentOS)
  • Exposure to backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown:
  • 60% Windows Server Management
  • 30% VMware Virtualization
  • 10% SAN Storage Configuration and Management
Daily Responsibilities:
  • 70% Hands-On (Server configurations, VMware management, SAN optimization)
  • 15% Management Duties (Monitoring, reporting, incident resolution)
  • 15% Team Collaboration (Project meetings, strategy sessions, knowledge sharing)
