Qualifications:
- CI/CD Platform Engineering: Harness.io, ArgoCD, Docker, GitHub Actions, and compliant pipeline design.
- Artifact & Dependency Management: Nexus IQ/RM, NPM, NuGet, Snyk, Chainguard.
- Software Configuration Management (SCM): GitHub administration, branching strategies, and Backstage.io integration.
- DevOps best practices and CI/CD, such as IaC, container, application and database pipelines.
- ArgoCD and the GitOps framework.
- Network and security.
- Administration and troubleshooting of DevOps processes builds, and deployments.
- Administration and troubleshooting of GitHub Enterprise, Nexus IQ, and Nexus RM.
- Building and operating CI/CD platforms in regulated, multi-tenant environments.
- Enabling DevSecOps pipelines that support JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Spring Boot, and containerized workloads.
- Delivering developer self-service and golden paths via portal-based automation (e.g., Backstage.io).
- Securing software supply chains and automating risk visibility through tools like Snyk, Chainguard, and Wiz.io.
- Kubernetes, Docker or any Cloud certification.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement container-native CI/CD pipelines using Harness, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
- Create reusable templates and workflows that support multiple application stacks.
- Ensure delivery pipelines are secure, scalable, and compliant with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Administer and enforce GitHub SCM policies across large engineering teams.
- Create and resolve Defects when CI/CD problems occur or problems with vendor applications that require interaction with their support team.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset opening and implementing Tasks.
- Upgrade EKS clusters, Harness.io delegates, and other components such as but not limited to ArgoCD agents, using automation, and document upgrade runbooks and implementation procedures per Change Management requirements.
- Address CVE vulnerability findings reported by wiz.io.
- Address PEN Test vulnerability findings per reports from Information Security.
- Maintain an active multi-region Nexus RM AWS and on-premise environment.
- Manage artifacts and dependencies using NPM, NuGet, and Nexus IQ.
- Integrate security scanning and license validation with Snyk, Chainguard, and StrongDM.
- Standardize and govern dependency hygiene across CI/CD stages.
