Role summary
The WACS Conversion Designer – Release 2 will be responsible for designing the end-to-end conversion strategy and data migration processes related to customer data for the Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) implementation. This role will ensure accurate extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading of customer records from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud. It includes coordination with business, technical, and integration teams to validate data requirements, define mapping logic, and support iterative mock loads for Release 2.

Skills Requirements Oracle WACS Experience (Required) : In-depth knowledge of WACS data structures and customer data model.
Data Conversion Expertise: Proven experience in legacy-to-cloud data conversion, including ETL design, mapping, and reconciliation processes.
Customer Data Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with utility customer types, service points, premises, and related attributes.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to work across functional teams, business users, and technical developers to align data requirements and testing.
Mock Load Planning & Execution: Experience leading customer data mock conversions, validating results, and refining conversion logic.
