Introduction:

This position is for an IT IS_CNS Voice Network expert with extensive experience in Cisco technologies. The role involves managing and optimizing the Five9 platform, developing IVR call flows, integrating APIs, and providing operational support for voice network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end administration of the Five9 environment
  • Design, build, and maintain IVR call flows using Five9 Studio
  • Work with Five9 REST APIs for system integrations
  • Create and manage operational and performance reports
  • Troubleshoot Five9-related issues and support system enhancements
