Job Details
We’re building next-generation unmanned aircraft and aerospace systems that push the limits of autonomy, performance, and reliability. Our team tackles complex, real-world challenges across defense, aviation, and space—and we’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop mechanical systems for UAS, weapon systems, and aerospace vehicles (airframes, propulsion, control surfaces, landing gear, payloads)
Build and test prototypes through ground and flight testing
Perform structural, thermal, stress, fatigue, and failure analyses
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, avionics, and software teams
Select and optimize lightweight, high-performance materials
Support system integration, maintenance procedures, and lifecycle reliability
Contribute to R&D efforts in autonomy, additive manufacturing, and advanced composites
Produce detailed design documentation, specifications, and test reports
Ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in aerospace mechanical systems
2+ years working with unmanned aircraft, weapon systems, or similar platforms
Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
Proficiency with GD&T, DFM, tooling design
Experience with FEA, CFD, and simulation tools
Solid understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, structures, and aerodynamics
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes (including composites and 3D printing)
Knowledge of aerospace standards (e.g., DO-160, AS9100) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
