Job Details
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Architect/Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, IVR workflows, Lambda integrations, and contact flow customization. You will work closely with business analysts, support teams, and cloud architects to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows, IVRs, and routing logic.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, and other AWS services.
- Create real-time and historical metrics dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop chat and voice bots using Amazon Lex.
- Implement call recording, transcription, and sentiment analysis features using AWS services.
- Manage user and security configurations in Amazon Connect.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Connect development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
- Experience with Amazon Lex, Polly, Transcribe, and Comprehend is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., Python, Node.js).
- Familiarity with CTI and telephony concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS certification (preferred but not required).
