Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a self-driven, curious, and proactive Product Manager with 5 10 years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and independent problem-solver who can confidently lead discovery sessions, collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders, and take full ownership of their work without constant oversight.

This role supports both mid-level (5 7 years) and senior (8+ years) candidates depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 10 years in product management, business analysis, or related fields

• Experience running product discovery sessions

• Strong understanding of how to work with developers and technical applications

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable owning meetings

• Hands-on with JIRA and SharePoint

• Power BI experience is a big plus

• Former QA/tester experience is a plus

• Background in financial services, banking, or mortgage-backed securities is highly preferred

• Strong research skills and natural curiosity must be resourceful and proactive in finding answers

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and independently driving outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience in usability testing or product design

• Experience in government or defense sectors (not required, but acceptable)

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
