Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LAN/WAN, network architecture, and security systems including firewalls and IDS/IPS.

Responsibilities

Network Design & Implementation

  • Design and architect enterprise-level network solutions, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center networks.

  • Implement and configure advanced routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).

  • Deploy and manage network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.

  • Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations ensuring minimal downtime.

Operations & Maintenance

  • Monitor network performance to ensure reliability, speed, and security.

  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.

  • Maintain detailed network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with service providers.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing.

  • Respond to security incidents and implement remediation actions.

  • Stay updated on emerging security threats and mitigation strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead network infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

  • Mentor and guide junior network engineers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, security, and applications.

Required Skills

  • LAN/WAN architecture and network design

  • Routing and Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
