Job Title : Network Field Engineer
Job Location : Manhattan, NY
Job duration : 6 month
Job Description:
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network support (MSP experience highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., RMM platforms like ConnectWise Automate, Datto, or NinjaOne).
- Familiarity with network devices (switches, firewalls, access points), VPNs, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and tools (EDR, MFA, phishing prevention).
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact with technical and non-technical users alike.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills with the ability to work under pressure for special events.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft M365/Azure certs, or Cisco (CCNA) are a plus.
